I think it's going to be a long time until we see Mind of Evil

It sounds like they will only release it when it's been colorized --- which could take a very long time because the BBC is not willing to fork over the cash to do it.

So, for now i'm happy with my B&W VHS-to-DVD-r dupe of it

I have Robots of Death, as well as the other storys featuring Leila, and have been looking for the FoE for ages ... please release it SOON !!!
