You sank my battleship or is that Transformer?

    Weird.

Battleship Teaser Trailer Online Now - Hasbro's Next Big Movie?!? - Hasbro - ToyNewsI.com
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

The only “Battleship” element I saw were those peg missiles that launched into the side of battleship.

Can’t wait to see the Liam Neeson’s face on the side of boxes of movie branded “Battleship” games at the discount store 6 months after this is released.

I would say I'm waiting for a "Rock'em Sock'em Robots" movie, but I think they already made that and retitled it "Real Steel"...

                "will act for food"

but on a serious note he has been in Lots of junk films in his career, so have lots of other great actors (Sean Connery leaps to the front of my mind). never mind the movie stars who aren't great actors who will do carp work like tom Cruise. He is simply a working actor. Since the death of his Natasha Richardson I have to imagine he takes on more work to not see a house of painful memories too

but as a concept this film looks as terrible as SKy Captain and the World of Tomorrow

                          Hmmmm....

Y'know.... I'm kinda torn on this one. It's a generic action flick with a recognized name slapped on; but is that any more vile than all the OTHER generic action flicks with a recognized name slapped on that we've been subjected to? In a way, this one is refreshingly honest. "We don't care; look! Explosions!"
