    I got this book from my sister for my birthday. It rocks! It's a definite must for you Avengers fans. It's very indepth and has some seriously great looking pictures. Who's your favorite Avenger? I'm all about Emma Peel.

      Emma Peel was THE reason I watched the AVENGERS. She was hot and ultra-cool at the same time! I always wanted to be in the middle of an Emma Peel-Batgirl sammich!!!!

        Without a doubt Mrs. Peel was Steed's greatest partner...Tara King is 2nd for me. And I did have a bit of a crush on Purdey when CBS used to show "The New Avengers" late night....

                It was the magic between the male and female leads that made the show great. Terrific actresses, but they would have been nothing without Steed!

                    Huge Fan of the show I like the complete run which includes Honor Blackman as Dr.Cathy Gale and the show moved into the format that is Known as. Emma Peel is a no brainer but Tara (boom dee aye) King is my Fav......

                        I remember the story that ABC refused to air the episode A Touch of Brimstone, which was the origin of the X-Men's Helfire Club, because of the outfit Emma Peel wore in it, yet they showed it at the Executive's Meeting every year.
