Agreed! Though I did like like How to Train your Dragon, and got quite a few laughs out of Madigascar (probably because I don't have kids and haven't seen it a million times)

Back to the question asked in the thread title...My answer would be...A lot. Just kidding. And remember people, POTA was a hit when it was released, hence the sequels. That means MOST of the people who saw it were probably adults. I first saw it on TV and then saw Battle at the Drive-In as a wee'un.

I can still watch Rankin-Bass' Rudolph and enjoy it like crazy. I'll love it when I'm 80, I imagine.

I am now on a mission to watch the apes.
Then you truly have an amazing cinematic experience awaiting you!

I know that the magic of Star Wars is gone for me now. How tragic.
It's not too late! The magic of the original Star Wars is timeless. It could enthrall, enrapture and bewitch you now just as much as if you'd originally seen it in 1977!

FYI: Get ready...Disney Pixar is completing a liveaction John Carter of Mars set to be released in 2012. This is Pixars first live action film. They are trying to jump onto the Avatar bandwagon.

I wave waited for this one since I read the series as a boy.
