It's definitely way more better than the new ape magazine that came out. Forget what that's called, but it's got Burton's stink in it.
Those who look outside dream. Those who look within awake.
Samples of my work are found here: Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness

    To do list:
1:6 boots for Mathilda, 1:1 Romulan Commander outfit, Ursus helmet; Cornelius appliance
    1:9 scale ape's new suit for Cornelius;

          Apes vs Zombies?
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Thats the 4th crewperson whose suspension chamber broke. So she died before the crash-landing.

Where did you find this new image, on their website?

I'll buy this graphic novel when it comes out, but I'm not holding my breath that it'll see the light of day... It was supposed to be out last year (they were hoping for Summer, but were even more sure of a Fall release)... That came and went and it's almost half way thru this year with no indication of when ( or even "if") it'll be out...

And Mikey has a good point, chimps can't swim, especially deep sea diving...

I still want them to collect the old Terror on the Planet of the Apes stories into a graphic novel. I loved that series in the old POTA mag.

It'd be cool for the "Terror" fans, but I can't see anyone doing it because there was no real conclusion to the story (the magazine was cancelled before they were able to do one)... They'd have to drag the old Marvel crew out of retirement to finish it up

If you like "Terror", you might want to check out the new comic if you haven't already... Jessica just gave it a thumbs down, but a lot of the posts on the different POTA message boards are comparing "POTA-The Long War" to "Terror"...

Actually Terror concluded twice. Of course both left it open ended for a continuance but it would certainly make a great graphic novel [especially the Ploog art] and I've always hoped to see it as an animated or CGI film. I think all the aspects would appeal to a great number of fans and even bring in more of today's finickier folks.

I remember Adventure/Mailbu reprinted "Terror" in a four issue mini series back in the 90s, but those issues are harder to find than the original POTA magazine backissues!

Loved Ploog's art in that strip.

Ploog was the master at Ape interior artwork [and Bob Larkin on covers]. The story suffered IMO when he left and Sutton took over.

                            July release date

They're saying CONSPIRACY will be released in July:

Archaia to Publish Illustrated Prose Novels - Comic Book Resources

Hopefully they're will be no new glitches between now and the release date...

I hope the story can hold up to the stellar artwork I've seen from it so far.
