Marvel Comics Video Library VHS Tapes

Anyone collect them? I loved then when I was younger and currently only have 2 volumes. I had a couple years ago.

    I'd like to complete them

I've got a few and the Spiderman Standee display that stood beside them. I've picked up what I have at yard sales.

We had a video store in town that must have had the entire range of these. I rented them religiously. Years later I got some of the second set by a new publisher. I picked them up cheap at Wal-Mart.

I love the look of the oversized clamshell cases.

Never thought about collecting them but I have most of the Spidey themed ones.

I passed up the entire run a few years ago at a resell DVD/CD shop. I think they were 2 or 3 bucks each. It was during the DVD boom when everyone was unloading their VHS collections.

I also passed on the press kit for it on Ebay. That was a mistake because the booklet was all the covers in a spiral binder. Stupid thing was being sold out of Denver and ended at like, 2 or 3 AM Eastern.

I did grab from the same seller the press kit for the Fox VHS releases of the 1966 cartoons. That was a nice because it came with negative slides of Steve Rude's artwork for the giant boxes and one for Avengers # 1.

I had most of them, transferred them to dvd, then sold them. By far the coolest cover was for thor Vol 2
