Dr Who to Die ????? Spoilers.

With the opening episode now 1 week away we know that River Song is the big character and we will finally get to know who she really is.

However, word has it that one of the main characters will die in the first episode.

The Doctor, Amy, Rory or River.

Place your bets.

If it's between those 4 then Rory. The Doctor isn't going to die and we already know when and how River dies. I don't see keeping Rory over Amy so if it's one of thoes 4 you mentioned then Rory is the logical choice.

I think River Song is Amy so Amy has to die but if Amy dies how is she still alive to be River?

With that in mind the Doctor has to regenerate into River.

I think it would be cool if River turned out to be a future incarnation of the Doctor. I mean, she had a screwdriver, knows the Tardis, Old High Galifrean (sp?) and loads of other stuff. Wouldn't that be cool? Ad she doesn't REALLY die in the library, right?

Don't think it's Rory. Unless the Cybermen are in the first episode. River Song did die in The Library. Only thing left was her memories. Look at the ones that died last season. They came back.

I think that's what was suggested before as to why the Doctor would have told her his real name.

let look at this logically, the running thing past few episodes has been that time is not a linar thing, its all a messed up gobulicok, then time can be rewritten, as we saw a few times past season esp in the last episode, and the xmas special, so, thinking this, what if thek killed the Dr, then the cast or a pst version of the dr as we saw last season in the dont blink follow up come and help the cast re write the past, so that he never dies or something as such. whatya all think?

What is with Moffat and killing Who companion characters? He's already killed Rory once, then erased him from time, then brought him back as an Auton, then reset time so he's alive again. Amy has been killed too (shot by Auton Rory). He will quickly make death a joke on Doctor Who, if he keeps it up.

Moffat's biggest problem was RTD's biggest problem

Both want each episode to be epic --- which after a while get's tiresome.

Sometimes I want just a nice plain episode where I dont have to think too much and everythings the same at the end
