April 23rd the new season starts in America and the U.k..

In America most new shows are premiered during prime time - 8:00 PM-10:00 PM

Who premiers at 9

Dr Who is a family show and is shown when all the family will be watching which is in the early evening before the kids go to bed. It has allways been in this time slot for that reason.

By 9:00 the nasty things are on.
