Mego Spock in Cracked Spoof?

My Star Trek Scrapbook

His most recent entry has scan of the 1985 Cracked Magazine spoof of STIII. Look on the second page. Do you all think that is supposed to be a Mego Spock in McCoy's hands?

Looks like it could be! On another note, Severin's stuff is too cool. He's way too underrated.
