    Fringe Season 3 Over There!

Who's still watching Fringe? I think the show has really upped the ante and taken a risk that has paid off by splitting the show into the alternate universe.

Unlike X-Files, we are are actually getting payoffs to all the questions raised way back in season 1. Some terrific character driven conflicts really manage to ground the overall story-engine. Particularly due to the fact that we now see that Walternate and co Over There are not necessarily goateed "Evil" dopplegangers, but the same characters under different sets of duress.

    Hey,
Easily my favorite show on TV right now. Love how they managed to miss the dead end of having a relationship between the two leads kill the show - the passion is still there, but cannot go anywhere yet.

My wife started watching Fringe and I was pretty reluctant to get involved though I enjoy her company so I carried on. I found the first season kind of formulaic and drab but somehow it turned a corner for me and I've been hooked since.

Might have been the mad scientist wrapped in bandages firing the dimensional deathray, that hardly ever happens anymore.

I'm thinking that the stakes in season 3 might have been higher if not for The Human Target snatching the actor playing her ex-partner/boyfriend. That's kind of the one big question mark that I have about the series that probably won't be answered with any degree of satisfaction short of the actor returning.

While it was neat to see agent Francis alive Over There, can you imagine Olivia's reaction if it had been her ex-partner/boyfriend?

John Scott (sp?) yeah -- that would have been cool!

I like this show, i realy do, but it kind of drags....maybe that is too harsh, it is a generally slow moving show. Interesting, and entrtaining, with characters that are well developed and likable....it just needs faster pacing.....IMHO
I fear this may be the last season as it has dropped in the ratings this year, especially the crap time slot on Friday

I hope its not the last season, its a really great show.

I don't much care for the bit about the "first people" but otherwise I'm completely into it.

I hope it's not the last season either...but that move to Friday's is usually the death knell for a series like Fringe. It's one of the best shows on TV in my opinion.

BTW, Fauxlivia is hotter than the real Olivia Something about that red hair on Anna Torv What was the dude from Human Target thinking when he divorced her.

Still watching and still loving Fringe. When Fauxlivia came back with them in the season finale, I rolled my eyes. Wasn't this the exact same plotline they did with Charlie already? Boy was I wrong! The alternate universe storytelling has really injected new life into the show. I'm excited to see how this all plays out.
