I just watched this last I usually hate newer films but this film kicked arse from start to finish Robert Rodriguez paid homage as a producer by using the original 1987 score for most of the film and even had it mentioned in the plot.But when I went in I had no expectations but the story and acting were top notch led by Adrian Brody and very few CGI compared to alot of Today Sci Fi Films

I agree. got a copy of it a week ago & I wouldn't rate it as good as the original, but still a good flick. I did a seminar with Oleg Taktaorv who was in it & blew up one of em. He was UFC # 6 champion.

It's great sequel to the original. It surprised me, in a good way.
But then again, I also liked Predator and AvP.

Actually both AVP films arent even in the same league as Predators cause thats was I was expecting another AVP but I was blown away

Predators was awesome.....I liked that they paid homage to the original and ignored part 2 AND THE TERRIBLE A v P movies
