It's not a CTVT head it's a head of Lee Majors someone made that I got. It was made in a slightly flexible plastic that had the Mego head sheen. More about it here:

Unfortunately, the guy is not doing heads at the moment, too busy.

Too bad, I think the head looks like exactly how Mego would've done a Steve Austin, right down to the slightly rounded face.

I'm amazed no one has picked up this license to do a limited line of 8 inch figures. If they look anything like Mego73's figure, it would be a massive hit. No question about it.
