TrekCore released an unfinished draft of Michael Piller's never-released book about the creation of Star Trek: Insurrection. The book was supposed to be released in conjunction with the film. Once the book was done, someone at Paramount killed the project.
Trekcore.com posted it on 9/20/2010. As of today, a mere 4 days later, they were asked by Michael Piller's family to pull the free download from their website.
I have been searching the web but cannot find a copy anywhere. It just wasn't out there long enough. Is there anyone here that knows someone or perhaps has downloaded it and can send me a copy? I just don't have the connections with people on the Trek boards to blindly start asking for a copy. They will probably be cautious about emailing copies. PM me if you know. Thanks.
