Who thinks Tron Legacy 3d effects will blow Avatars outta the water since Comic -Con 2 weeks ago I saw interviews on how they are using the next generation in 3d cameras? I personally think it will!

Could beeeeeee... but you won't be seeing plants and trees and bugs and alien cattle in TRON. Tho I have seen the TRON Legacy trailers and it does look outstanding.

My answer is a resounding NO.

Avatar is very organic (fauna, plants, topography, animals, etc...)...Tron is basically inanimate and linear (bikes, roads, robots, etc...).

As a matter of fact...this new Tron looks almost exactly like the old Tron...lol.

I gotta say NO, too. I think the "facelift" on Jeff Bridges looks more fake everytime I see it.

Actually the facelift Jeff Bridges of circa 1989 looks a little weird not fake but weird but the same facelift as the CLU character looks bad arse

I have high hopes for this movie. To me, looks more dark than the original.
