I had heard about this earlier, but never read the story of how the restored footage was found. Wow!
        It's all good!

Argentina huh? Hmm, didn't a lot of Nazis reportedly escape to Argentina? who knows what else they might uncover.

Good God if this shows up in the Castro Theater or Paramount Theater, I'm so there!! I hope they have live music.

I watche dMetropolis as a teen and it had a soundtrack buy Journeyt I think. Lots of still shots with text. Now I watched it last week on a Half Price Books purchase and I am excited there is more!

VERY Terminator. AMAZING visuals. They do kinda go for big crowds running around a lot at the end.

Saw Nostferato. Saw Phantom, SAw the Barrymore Jeckel and hyde, ( Okay Silent Screamers action figures I get it!)

FINALLY saw Hunchback with Lon Chaney! Thought that was lost.

Im still hoping to live long enough to see Edisons Frankenstien and wait for a copy of London After Midnight to show up !!

                  SIlent Screamers!!!!!:-)!!

I've always read that the holy grail of film would be a copy of London After Midnight....someone years back in the late 90's had offered up over a million dollars for it and it never turned up.

Sounds like they might have London After Midnight in that vault of films they found! Who knows what's in there... Hopefully some lost episodes of Patrick Troughton's time in Doctor Who!

I'm always amazed at the special effects in Mteropolis and a few other really old films. It's amazing what some of them did.
