Season one hands down. I like the white uniforms and of course Ardala. Hawk makes season two watchable.

I also could not stand the voice of Twiki in the first half of season two. they had the actor who wore the suit do the voice when Mel Blanc left, or was forced out due to contract negotiations, whatever. they took awa the bidi bidi bidi bit and his voice sounded like a chipmunk. even when Mel came back towards the end they still left out the bidi bidi bidi. what the hell??

I'm glad that I'm not alone in my wishful thinking that Season 2 had been like Season 1. I always imagined that when they left for deep space in the Searcher, poor Dr. Theopolis was left stuck on a table somewhere going "Twiki, this is enough joking...Come out of hiding and please move me somewhere" lol.

I wish Universal had splurged for the commentary track on the DVDs. Apparently they were going to have one and pulled it so they didn't have to spend so much money on the release.

If I start watching it on RTV and its a season two episode, I change the channel. I caught one recently where Buck was in a Spaceport and they paged Adam Strange and announced a flight arriving from Thanagar, that was a cool geek inside joke.

I think in the same spaceport on the same episode they also paged "Captain Pike"

Could be in Dream For Jennifer, but i'm not sure.

The only thing I like about Season-2 is Hawk.
