I am thinking of a few films.....

One, was in some sort of post apocalypse and people had to wear this glowing triangle that had a color in it and you could only "mate" with another that had that same colored triangle. The stars had this cool looking armored vehicle.

The other film, from what I remember, the woman ruled the men and the men were kept under control by feeding them this drug laced oatmeal. I think John Saxon played the lead?

I REALLY remember the one you're talking about.... but not the name. There were two main characters; a male and a female, and their mutant buddy. (A lot like Stargate....) But as far as I can rmember, "Island City" COULD be it.... the IMDB write-up doesn't give me enough to tell. Anything else you can recall about the film?

it was a pilot movie for a TV series on UPN
