Wow! What an episode!! It is easily the best episode of the series so far and one of the best since nu Who started. It's gripping and has great perfomances by all involved, the pacing is spot on as it's a 2 parter. It also has a fanstastic opening sequence which takes your breath away.

There are some very interesting hints involving River Song and who she really is, which has started the rumour mill going on a lot of forums. Next week looks like a cracking second parter . The Moff has delivered a doozy, roll on next week!

You would never have believed that this was the first episode filmed for the series.

Yeah, i really enjoyed this episode ( the first time so far this series ), hopefully next weeks will be just as good if not better.

At least it looks like we won't be getting another companion in love with the Doctor ( yippee ), she didn't show any jealousy towards River and took a lot of pleasure winding the Doctor up about her.
