God, Battlefield: Earth was awful. But Tom Cruise loved it.

I had no idea UFO was so full of beefcake...

I'm shocked no one has mentioned the atrocious Battlefield Earth costumes...with those awful dreadlocks and oversize platform shoes on stilts...lol.

Poor John Travolta and Forest Whitaker...

Not as disgusting a Connery in Zardoz...but just as silly nevertheless...

    Best:

    BSG (Original)
    Star Trek TWOK
    Buck Rogers
    Superman: The Movie
Logan's Run (movie and TV series)

    Worst:

V (Those flightsuits exaggerated every bit of flab on both the men AND the women.)
    UFO
    Labyrinth
Legend (Tom Cruise in a mail shirt; OY!)
    Plan 9 from Outer Space
Marina Sirtis' outfits from the first few seasons of TNG. When they put her in the uniform, she was fine. She looked more professional.
Anthony Ainley's Master (Those shoulder pads rivaled Joan Crawford's!)
Glinda's pink dress in the Wizard of Oz. It looked like it was made of cotton candy.

    Worst:

All Star Trek movies (original crew)
Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (Ok, I know they're Navy, but I don't have to like them)
    Space 1999

    Best:

Star Trek and Star Trek TNG
    Buck Rogers
    Lost In Space
    Land Of The Giants
    Captain Scarlet

I'm surprised nobody mentioned Colin Baker's suit.

Of course it don't compare to Connery's, but it is still pretty stupid.

    Hmmmm....

Connery in a diaper wins for worst. The Sky/Diver ones are kinda bad too; I picture a fair bit of nipple chafe. (That water's cold....) The UFO Interceptor suits aren't bad. They're kinda like Action Jackson jumpsuits. (Even got the mod hair.)

There was character in the Superman comics named Vartox in the 1970s that looked a lot like Sean Connery in the that awful photo.

It looks like photo definition of girding one's loins.
Vartox was most definitely based on Zardoz. There's a brief discussion of it in Michael Eury's excellent Krypton Companion book from TwoMorrows.

You gotta front shot of that chick ?
Is Her shirt see-threw like the Dude ?
The funny thing about her character (she later played a tech on Space:1999's "The Metamorph" episode), looking at her long tusseled hair, she seemed to have just 'crawled in' out of bed..

Seems like some of you have a 'fixation' on that Zardoz outfit.., I've seen it posted a few times now. I cringe whenever I see it.
