    Doctor Who and The Beatles

Was watching Live From Abbey Road tonight on Sundance and they were comparing the studio to the TARDIS. It looks small on the outside but is much bigger on the inside. Thought it was kind of neat.

Safe bet based on the Remberence of the Daleks dvd releases

the only question now is what will replace it

What's kind of funny is the prescience in the scene I doubt anyone really beleived there would be a Beatles memorial Theater in 65 but now there is one

Perhaps they can sneak by with changing the footage to the classic Cavern film and changing the music track to one of the Tony Sheridan numbers and just edit Ian singing along to Ticket To Ride.

I just read this on the Restoration Team's site for The Chase ....

Moving on to 'The Chase', episode one suffers from problems with sync going into and out of film inserts on the Time-Space Visualiser. While the TSV images themselves are supposed to look poor as the picture detunes, the shots after required repair (notably Barbara watching as Shakespeare ponders on Hamlet and Ian dances to the Beatles).

          Hmmm,
To me it sounds like they might leave the Beatles stuff in.

I'm not even a big Beattles fan but as a dedicated fan of Who I want the shows left in the manner they were broadcast when the footage is not lost
