I remember it well. I really liked the toys for some reason too.

yeah,... We had most of the figures, and I remember the Christmas when my parents bought my brother and I the 2 ships made for the line...

Of course, by that time the show had been canceled. So we never got a chance to use them as they were intended. I guess that's probably why they were clearance, otherwise they would have been too expensive.

But, at least they worked against each other, so we got plenty of play value out of them. We just had to watch where we were "flying"... as the living room lights had a tendency to cause the ships to blow up, flinging the pilots across the room.

      ALL HAIL MING!

I never watched the show, but I had some of the toys. My dad and I had alot of fun using the ships against the videotapes.

That was filmed in Toronto, it was a decent attempt to make something a little highbrow for kids.

I vaguely remembner it. I was past teha ge of playing with toys by then. Captain power had gold armour on right? Was that the one where the toys were interactive with the videos?

Geeze I was like 22 or 23 when this show was on. My wife (we just started dating before the show debuted) and I used to watch it. She got me for our first Xmas, I think his name is Tritor. Still have him on his card.

A moment of silence, apparently the Captain is MIA.
