First I'm hearing of this, that's great news. Love the Flash Gordon and Road Warrior soundtracks (dont worry, only kidding lol). The Hero is one of my favorite Queen songs... somewhere in my personal top 5.

So Brian May of Queen will be doing the movies soundtrack it seems. He posed with the director and some vintage masters toys. “He-Man! Ah Ahhh! Master of the Universe!

I was skeptical when this was announced, but the tone and the look of the characters seems spot on. It doesn't need to take itself too seriously, but it also doesn't need to be a joke. Looks like they have struck the right balance. And to actually stick closely to the toy/animated designs...who woulda thunk it?!?

There's a lot of blink and you miss them easter eggs. Besides the ones you posted you can also see Zoar, Roton, Talon Fighter, Mekaneck, Ramman and Snake Mountain.

I don't know if this will do Barbie money but I do think Mattel has another hit on their hands.
