The right way to do those would be as a rack toy of generic silicone rings and a few pieces of resin fish tank gems with a hobbit/dwarf hybrid for card art called King of the Rings
King of the Rings isn't bad, but it sounds more like bootleg wrestling stuff.
Load of the Rings... well, that is for sale behind the beaded curtain.
