i think this looks pretty good. not sure on the timeline it sets though. 45 years after the collapse? didn't the collapse happen after the first Mad Max movie? and Max was still young when she met him in Fury Road -

Boyfriend and I just watched Furiosa at the theater.
First 2 hr 30 min movie so go easy on those drinks.
Second there is a post-credit scene that ties into Fury Road but not worth sitting through the credits to watch all of 2 seconds of it.
Now the movie does indeed go into detail about the origins of Furiosa and how she became one of the deadliest Wasteland warrior. Overall we enjoyed it but with how it ended do not expect to see more from Furiosa. George Miller did mention he as details on every character so that if the franchise goes forward there is a chance to do movies on many of the colorful characters in the Mad Max movieverse.

Wow, that is how you prequel, it's a master class in some regard. I truly enjoyed this movie, it really didn't surrender to the usual tropes and the world building was sublime.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

Okay...
Is it me or does the trailer seem to show that this film is milking "The ROAD WARRIOR" like the last film?
If so, not sure if I wanna see it.Comment
