It's not photo shopped. It's an outtake (blooper) from Patterns of Force.

Just look at the bluriness around Spock's neck for starters. Looks photoshopped to me.

I have a dvd with old tv show bloopers. A couple of 60's star trek ones are on it and they seemed to have a dirty sense of humor (such as grabbing an actresses chest or the general cursing on purpose), so the picture above would not surprise me if it really is authentic. As serious as the show was it appears they had a lot of fun filming them

It's not photo shopped. It's an outtake (blooper) from Patterns of Force. Where both Kirk and Spock are bare chested in a Nazi jail after being whipped on the back. This looks like the scene where Spock cuts out Kirk's subcutaneous transponder in the wrist to make a makeshift laser to break out of the prison.
