Good cast, just wondering if I will like an updating. The Prisoner is one of those things I'm not sure I'd mess with.

Ok maybe I was just to young to "get it" but I found the original show absolutely boring and it made no sense whatsoever. I have no desire to watch a new take nor ever watch the old stuff for that matter.

I've never actually seen an episode, since it was never aired in my area as a kid, and I've never caught it on cable. But I've heard how great and weird it was for years. I may have to check this out.

I think it's a backgroun thing; you love it or hate it depending on what kind of life you've had. I loved it, since it's pretty much a sci-fi'd up biography of my life.

                      "Who is number one?"

                      "YOU are number 8407."

"I am not a number! I... wait. Yes, yes I AM a number...."

                      *sigh*

So is it losing all the trippy stuff that made the original fun?
