Off the top of my head, probably some a combination of Wolverines healing powers, and Riddicks overall presense and strength, but with a better look and style like Daniel Craigs -James Bond, or perhaps some Jason Bourne mixed in. Not all Sci fi, but were making up stuff anyway.

If we're talking SF media "types", I'd have to say a Romulan ..... (as logical as Vulcans but without the lack of emotions). My business "colleagues" would probably already agree that I was as cagey (okay may a teeny tiny bit ruthless) as the Romulans...and they're noble.

If we're talking individual characters, then I would say Captain Nemo. Not much difference, heh heh (surrounding oneself with cultural "treasures", a bit outside of the mainstream, protecting my own "civilization").

And if the list included comic characters, I'd have to see either Green Lantern or the Flash. I mean, who WOULDN'T want a power ring.. and the Flash.... well .... he can leave everyone behind in a cloud of dust ..... (and be halfway across the globe in a second for lunch!!)

                    Doctor Who.
Traveling through time and space, twelve lives,....

Kurt Wagner, the Nightcrawler from X-Men.

I assume you mean who you would aspire to be, versus who you actually look like?
In that case, James Tiberius Kirk. People do what you tell them, you get all the tail you can handle, and you get to do flying drop kicks to people without getting arrested...Who wouldnt love that?

If its who we look like....then I would be James T. Kirk circa Generations---Getting old, pudgy, and sweaty....but still doing flying drop kicks!

If comics count, The Silver Surfer - Power Cosmic, damn near indestructible, all shiny and stuff, and I can finally shout "To ME, my board!" without people looking at me funny.

Otherwise, let me be the Ultimate Kwisatz Haderach, Duncan Idaho, from Sandworms of Dune. Not only would I peacefully reunite humanity and the thinking machines, but I'd see to it that all your apps for your iPhones were free. Even make your VCR clocks stop blinking.

No, no. No need to thank me. For I am benevolent, yea.

No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."
