It's about what James Bond's bosses are doing while he's out running around.The Sandbaggers is a British television drama series about men and women on the front lines of the Cold War. Set contemporaneously with its original broadcast on ITV in 1978 and 1980, The Sandbaggers examines the effect of the espionage game on the personal and professional lives of British and American intelligence specialists.
It doesn't sound very exciting since it's a spy series involving bureaucrats in suits trying to outmaneuver one another with only the most infrequent action scenes, but I find the political intrigue and cold war politics quite engaging.Comment

I'm a huge fan. I Love the Prisoner. It's such a creative show. I'm not happy that they want to remake it. But I guess I can keep an open mind and give it a shot, but I'm not very hopeful
