I liked both of them. I especially liked Jimmy Doohan in Jason of Star Command.
If anyone here has a copy of Blazing Saddles, the guy who played Jason has a small speaking role.
He's in the saloon where Madeline Kahn is doing her sendup of Marlene Dietrich as Lily Von Schtupp.

Actually went back and check some clips on Youtube. I forgot how cool some of the ships on those shows were.

The DVD's of both Space Academy and Jason/Star Command are out and available... got both a while back.... cute stuff! They really were a cut above some of the other Saturday morning stuff!
(The interviews with the cast, now all grown up, were also fun!)Comment
