How about The Six Million Dollar Man VS. The Terminator? Terminator technology having originated from Steve Austins Bionic tech?

Discovering that the real key to remaining in Power is NOT John Connor, Skynet sends two terminators back in time to the 1970's. It seems that the prototype for their exoskeleton was actually developed by a Dr. Rudy Wells. The two terminators are on the verge of killing Wells when suddenly they stop functioning due to a time paradox. Wells dissembles them and utilizes their parts to repair Steve Austin (we can rebuild him... we HAVE the technology) and later Jamie Summers, hiding this information from the OSI and Oscar Goldman. Time passes and all is well until John Connor himself arrives at this time period from the future. Recognizing the terminator technology is the same as this so-called "bionics" he confronts Austin and Summers, telling them that they must give up their bionics, since the technology will ultimately be used for evil purposes (like Judgement Day for example...duh).

Before they can think this over, several advanced model Terminators appear, sent to protect their early prototypes.

What will Steve and Jamie do? Can they convince John Connor of their humanity? Will that famous squint of Steve's be confused with a terminator Red eye??

How about the '78 Cylons find the Red Dwarf? Or on the animation front Filmation has Tarzan guest star on an episode of Flash Gordon?
                It's all good!

                  How about these scenarios?

The '78 Cylons meet and fight:

                  The Borg

                  The Daleks

                  The Cybermen

                  The Axons

Confederation Battle Droids from Star Wars

Braniac (the original one from the first Superman universe, not the piece of dreck we have on Smallville)

                  The Thundercats

                  Mumm-Ra

                  The X-Men

                  The Avengers

                  The Justice League

Warlocke (from New Mutants fame, he could just suck the energy out of 'em all!)

                  Buffy the Vampire Slayer

If I can come up with any more, I'll post 'em here.

                    I like the X-Files/Kolchak cross-over idea.

That really would have been seamless. (and would explain why X-Files seemed familiar from the get-go)

Leia and Padme in a sci-fi time travel chick flick.

Thunderbolt that would have been great and Darrin Mcgavin would have stolen the scenes

Well since AVP was done (badly)

                              Andromeda Enterprise and BSG
Lexa DOIG (Romy) Linda Park(Hoshi) and Grace Park (Sharon/boomer) on the same set I could die right there
