Battlestar plot question

Ok so recently Ive been piecing together the different plot points I missed from the episodes I missed.

Soo Kobal had the same humans vrs machine war that devistated their world. The humans left and settled the 12 colonies and the 13th tribe went the other way. They were the original advanced skinjob cylons. These guys settled the original "Earth"

After the war destroys "Earth1" the only survivors the final 5 make their way back to the colonies to prevent the same thing from happening a 3rd time are too late and end up joining the centurian cylons(Developed separatly and independently by the decendents of the human/ kobal suvivors) thus the other 7 models get made.

This explains how Adama could serve and be friends with Saul before the actual centurian/ 1st war cylons even began trying to create hybrids.

BUT thinking about this I have 1 question. Who blew up Earth 1? Were not the 13th colony cylons there by themselves? I havent seen any mention of whether this was another human/cylon conflict or if the cylons were fighting amoungst themselves.

The angels at the end simply said It happened on Kobal, it happened on the colonies, it happened on Earth 1 and it may happen here. (Earth 2... our Earth)

I miss a plot point or does anyone have any imput?

The Cylons were more than likely the one who nuked it. It seems to be part of the cycle. Humans build Cylons,Cylons rebel and nuke the humans.

Exactly the way I felt about it as well.It would be inevitable that if they did build the cylons they would rebel and wipe out humanity.A never ending cycle.

But Like Nostolgiabuff said there were NO humans on "Earth 1" They were all cylons. After Kobol was destroyed by human vrs cylon fighting the surviving humans went to settle the colonies. The 13th tribe of cylons went to "Earth 1".

Why would the cylons fight each other? It pretty much ruins the cycle theory of humans vrs machine.

I thought I missed an explaination of this when the final 5 started having flashbacks to earth 1s destruction.

OK so after googling more theories I guess the robotic earth cylons rose up against the human cylons. The final 5 escaped to try and track down the 12 colonies and try to warn them to treat their cylons better to avoid the same fate.
