The TRASH CINEMA Review: Italian Terminators & Cyborgs!
A lot of the Italian/Spanish rip-offs from the 80s incorporate
several things that were popular at the time.
Exterminators of the year 3000 has a cyborg kid.
Oh, and the Eliminators!

Obviously, there's TC 2000 with Billy Blanks.
I'd also consider Universal Soldier a Terminator rip-off of a sort.

Try Lady Terminator. I think it's Indonesian and out on DVD from Mondo Macabro. Definately so bad it's good stuff.

How about cyborg2,3,4 all terminator style cyborgs.
"Mans best friend" it was a dog(rotweiller) but the poster was a blatant rip off of the terminator one poster.

I dunno what this is for Brian but I agree that the story behind the Terminator ripping off Ellison is a meatier story. Cinefantastique had a good write-up on it years ago becuase all parties involved are bound by a gag order.

Soldier and Demon With a Glass Hand were the two Outer Limits episodes that James Cameron is quoted as having inspired Terminator.
