    Meteor -1979 American International Pictures

    anybody remember this film with the allstar cast -Sean Connery, Natelie Wood, Karl Malden ,Brian Keith, Henry Fonda, Trevor Howard ,Martin Landau for all you Spacce 1999 fans.

    Yeah, a good old-fashioned disaster movie.
    Forget Deep Impact and all those others, Meteor had Sean Connery.
    I love 70s disaster movies.

      Yeah...it was cheesy but I liked it..... it was on TV about a month and half ago.

            Was that the movie where the hikers dug themselves shallow graves to lay down in during the impact ?

            If so, that's about the only scene I remember about it.

                I watched this a short time ago. It was on video cassette and really difficult to watch.
                I'd watch it again if I came across the dvd. It just seemed that the video accentuated everything that could look bad.

                  I used to watch it when it was on HBO all the time in the early 1980's and i have it on DVD. A good cheesy disaster flick never goes unloved by me.
