Kate O'Mara was hot in the early 70s, smoking but as the Rani she was kind of made up like a transvestite.

Ok, she's a renegade Time Lord so she probably didn't fight in the time war, but what about Eccleston and Tennant saying he'd know if there were any Time Lords still out there ? ....... Not counting the Master because he had a nice excuse.
