Venture Brothers Season 3 DVD

Picked this up today, I kind of gave up watching it so I could be surprised when this set came out (which I admit is sad). It's probably the coolest DVD package I have ever seen, truly a retro work of art and something that likely will confuse the uninformed, so kudos to whoever stuck to their guns on that.

Just started watching the shows and wow, the uncensored actually jarred me a bit, lots of cussin' and naughty bits.

The focus on this season seems to be building the back story, which I'm really digging although I've heard others weren't so happy about it.

I thought season 3 was better than 2.

And, one of the episodes features a funny riff on Mego customizing, courtesy of Dr. Orpheus.

I enjoyed this season, I don't really feel that the show has had a down turn yet.
