    I don't know if they did---but I'll tell ya---they should have
    written the aging into the character in the beginning I think.

      Didnt Data make some comment about trying to emulate aging with the white streak in his hair in the last episode of the series?

          Yes actually he did in All Good Things. I just wondered when they would address his wrinkles and bloating. LOL.

            With technology the way it is now, they could just have Data be totally CGI. I mean, look at Gollum in LOTR. It wouldn't be hard to do for Data.

                    Yes, this happened way back in 1988...when TNG had just completed its first season.

                    The Trek convention was held in your part of the world, La La land...at the Hilton around LAX.

                    Both the original crew and the TNG were there...it was awesome.
