that's star trek to me. the young guys and gal, playing the parts of the original chracters are started to look like those chracters. i'm telling you man i am pump and exicted for this new installment. and me being a new trekie fan this is just what i need to continue my obbession (though not as bad as starwars i'm a big fan of that!)

After a lifetime, I'm really thinking of punching my ticket out of Trek fandom. I really haven't watched the last couple of shows and only saw Nemesis after being prodded by friends.
The new movie looks pretty I'll grant them that. But it just doesn't feel like Trek to me. I just don't need to see Kirk dry humping Uhura. It's ok, I still have the old shows and I think I'm ok with that.Mortui Vivos Docent
