New pics of the Star Trek figures. They look better.

The 3 3/4 inch figures, surprisingly, actually don't look too bad for the scale. I also like that their shirts aren't textured.

The 6 inch Kirk looks better but his head is still way too small. At least his hair isn't bright red anymore I suppose. The rest of the 6 inch are okay. Not great, not good, just okay. The shirts still look like chainmail.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I love the bridge playset. Need to find a place for it now.

      They're still pretty nasty

What's up with Kirk's head always being too small ?
Does Chris Pine have a tiny head in real life ?

      Young Spock is bad.
His face looks like he has Down syndrome

Old Spock kinda looks like Jack Klugman

Sorry Wofie...but I still think they suck. I'm might be tempted to get the older 12" Spock though...just because it's Nimoy.

The 12"-ers look pretty good. The 6"-ers are better than the prototype we saw a few weeks ago. I don't like the 3.75"-ers at all, but the Bridge and Transporter sets look very nice.

But why does old Spock looks so hang-dog SAD in every group?

Well how would you feel if you were the only REAL Star Trek person in the movie ?

              Of course he's sad.

I still think they're awful. And that bridge looks too hi-tech for a prequel of TOS. (sorry, it's the purist in me talking). It even looks more hi-tech than the TNG bridge, (a whole century later!)

Every toy in the 3.75" scale looks amazing...I actually envy Trek fans for that stuff...

...and, ya know, I hope I absolutely
                  adore the new Trek flick...

...but I doubt ANY thing will make me purchase a
Star Trek toy that doesn't say "EMCE" on it (or is a custom piece
based on Mego TOS or TNG!).

I do like that bridge set, but it does look more like a TNG set than TOS. Wish it had a few more walls, too.
                    It's all good!

I like the 3.75" figs . I don't love them though. I have mostly all the 3.75" figures From Mego, Galoob, Ertl related to Star Trek. I might as well add these too . I really miss having them release 3.75" figs. That Bridge Playset looks awesome. I can Finally put my Mego Vaccu-form Bridge away and protect it and Display this instead.
