It really doesn't belong on Doctor Who, but there's something appealing about it

I think it does, the Master is taunting the Doctor, letting him know that he has all the power.

It's not something I absolutely love but I'm not bothered by it either, Sim made his Master a bit of a clown, I enjoyed that.

in The Sound of Drums.
