Is there a "Best of " Twlight Zone DVD set?

The episode I really hated was ... (I forgot the title)

I think this guy was maybe in the Civil War and they were going to hang him ... He escaped and ran for the whole episode.
The conclusion was he was just dreaming he escaped and they hung him.
The story had no talking in it.

I'm sure some people think it was "arty" but I thought it was just Super-Boring

if I remember right
I believe I read somewhere that it wasn't even made for the TZ series (foreign film?) and that may be why no talking in it? I can't recall as I havent seen it in years.
Was from a short story I think.
