Clue, you got 2 wrong

I know number 3 was wrong. I just wanted to make sure is was Number 4 i had to research. I got done watching the Brain of Morbius and there was no cotton used in killing Solon. The answer must come from the new series, which I don't follow all that much. Good luck all.
