Anyone else notice the incredible resemblence of the Mego Spock to the guy playing Spock in this new movie? Sorry, his name is escaping me at the moment. Sylar! haha

Anyone else remember that the same actor also played the gay-guy friend of Tori Spelling in her short-lived series, So NoTorious?
I must be the only one who actually thought that show was funny cuz it didn't get renewed for a second season. Although it almost seems like the same plot & "characters" as Brooke Knows Best. LOL!!

Looks more Space:1999 than Star Trek.....but oddly enough, I like it.

Oh my. I'm disturbed by that EW cover. The hair, the makeup...unh-uh.

All it's missing is the Abercrombie & Fitch logo..

But I'm still optimistic about the flick. Abrams usually brings it..

The uniforms look ok (albeit inconsistent with the tunics from the Cage and WNMGB, which they should emulate). The bridge ...based on what little can be seen, looks like its designed more along the lines of the TMP bridge, although in brighter colors....Actually, the bright white color kind of reminds me of the Mego TMP bridge set.
The pic of the USS Kelvin looks very Classic Trek movie era.

Since every pic of Kirk shows him without the command overshirt, I would say the rumors he may have been kicked out of Starfleet for awhile may be true?...or not?

Spock does look a little ghastly doesnt he....missing his yellowish tinge.

Finally, some decent pics of the new uniforms...well, the tunics anyway.I think the 2 piece tunic is a neat idea, but the repeating trek shields in the weave seems a little much?
Hopefully, they finally post pics of the Enterprise and the new bridge.
