Saw Frozen Empire today and really enjoyed it. There are plenty of nods to the original films, but not at the expense of the story or the new characters. I really liked Afterlife and this was a good continuation.Leave a comment:

Thanks! I still remember seeing the original in the theater with my sister and picking the seats behind some kids so no one tall would sit in front of us. The days before stadium seating, LOL!Leave a comment:

As one who went to the theater and watched the original movies, I enjoyed the newer ones. They do reconnect to the originals and expand the history out.Leave a comment:

I barely knew this was coming out and have yet to see the first one because it was never on any streaming services I subscribe to. I think I finally saw it airing on a cable channel, but I never caught it.
Would you say that both are worth seeing, especially as a big fan of the original and GB II?Leave a comment:

Back from watching Ghost busters Frozen Empire. It was worth going to see it on the big screen. This is NOT a complete action movie, most the scenes in the first trailer take place on the second half of the movie. The first half is setting up the movie and team/family building.
There some easter eggs with the ghost so that was fun.
There is a mid-credit scene that is cute but doesn't set up for the next movie.
It was nice to see the old team suit up with the new team at least one more time.Leave a comment:
