Howl -- great horror film!

I watched "Howl" last night! Now that is a darn good werewolf film! No, It is not "The Howling." Joe Dante's classic will never be duplicated. However, it is a very effective werewolf film with decent special effects, writing, acting, and directing! I was surprised how well it played out (shocked really). The British accents were a little tough to understand at times. Yet, other than that, top-notch film.

Excellent to hear! I have it cued up to watch in the next couple of days. I watched the Howling again a couple of months back. Seems to be a tough genre to do well. Last one I thought was good was Dog Soldiers. Happy to hear you liked it!

Watched it a few days ago myself and really enjoyed it. You may want to check out Late Phases also. It's another second tier werewolf movie that turned out to be much better than I expected. I wasn't really a fan of the look of the werewolves in either movie, but that is a minor gripe. Both are more than worth a watch.
