^Love the first Hammer Mummy film. The music is the icing on a delicious cake.

Hammer has some great scores. I've collected my fair share. I of course love James Bernard's stuff. They did a Frankenstein CD that had his Must Be Destroyed score on it that is great. Scars of Dracula is fun. Devil Rides out is one of Bernard's best. Taste the Blood of Dracula is very romantic and melodic. Great stuff there. Sad that the original elements to Horror of Dracula and Curse of Frankenstein's scores seem to be lost. Then there's Harry Robinson's Karnstein Trilogy... Twins of Evil has a cracking score. All those CDs are sadly out of print now.

There's a compilation CD of James Bernard re-recordings, featuring Devil Rides out, but it has some lovely concert versions of the love themes from Scars of Dracula and Frankenstein Created Woman, which were barely heard in the film, but are (ahem) fleshed out into fuller, romantic concert pieces. I'll give that one a big recommend.
