    TCM's Halloween blow-out

TCM has been peppering a few horror-themed movies throughout the month of October, mostly on Friday nights, but they are going to blow the doors off starting on the 28th, with Disney-related spooky fare, followed up by a whole lotta Hammer!

I'm most looking forward to Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed, which is one of the few Hammer Frankenstein films I haven't seen. DVR set!

See when your favorite movies will be airing on Turner Classic Movies today, tomorrow, or next week! A printable schedule organized by each day of the week is also available here.

That is a fantastic Frankenstein film. It just got a spiffy new blu ray transfer.

I think it was my first Hammer Frankenstein I ever saw, definitely recommended. Just be warned, Cushing really is evil in this one. And I mean evil.

^Yeah, I heard about that. And I heard some folks complain about it. But he was pretty ruthless in the first film. I think folks tend to forget that because he wasn't quite as E-VIL in Revenge, Evil, or Created Woman.

Checked out the line up, not into most of those movies, to bad they don't show the entire Hammer Frankenstein
run in order. I also didn't see Curse of the Werewolf (Oliver Reed) have to double check.

I'm talking about the movies scheduled for the 30th and Halloween, surprised TCM is not showing
Universal and Hammer horror classics throughout those days.
