In keeping with the season, Turner Classic Movies will be showing horror movies on Friday nights this month. The theme for tonight is haunted houses.

They always play some good stuff. I'm going to record a bunch, and watch them while I work at home. Starting with The Haunting tonight, such a classic! -
I have most of these DVRed off of TCM in the past, but I'm giving another shot to House of Dark Shadows. I recorded it off of TCM years ago, but when I watched it, I had no idea it was it's own "alternate" take on the Barnabas story, and was totally confused. So I'm going to give it another go.

in the u.k in the late 70s we used to have appointment with fear and fear on fridays ,a hammer,amicus,tigon or some other late 50s to mid 70s horror used to watch them at my grandmas then get up on saturday morning and go shopping with my nan for comics .Comment
