Amazon.com: Angel: After The Fall: Brian Lynch,Franco Urru: Books

For some reason Amazon doesn't have it under Whedon, even though he is the author and his name is on the cover as such. They have the penciler and inker listed as authors instead.

Also if your a Whedon fan he's also writing a series for Dark Horse called "Buffy: Season Eight". The first collected edition "The Long Road Home" is out now, and I think the second collected edition "No Future For You" should be out soon. And of course, there's the "Serenity" mini-series "Those Left Behind" that covers the interim between the last episode of "Firefly" and the beginning of "Serenity".
Yeah I got those, it's just not the same and besides I'd have to learn how to read or something

I never got into the whole "Snipes" style Blade. I just hate the look as well as the fact he was a vampire. I prefer the old school "Shaft" style Blade.

Yeah I hate it when that happens and it's usually the sci-fi shows that suffer. I'm still waiting to find out what happens at the end of Season 5 of Angel. Five years of build up only to be cancelled....the least they could do is make a TV movie or something.

started a topic Doomed tv series.

    Doomed tv series.

    (BLADE)
I for whatever reason missed this show when it was aired on Spike tv so I bought the dvd series when it came out last month. The good news is that I thought the story line and back story were great as were the fight sequences. I thought this series was fantastic and found myself wanting more.
The bad news is that the series got canceled (I think!?) and the last episode leaves you hanging.

I love good tv series. I love a show that has 1 continious story line but it bugs the heck out of me when the story is never finished.

    A few more examples:

Surface: I bought this series on dvd and sat and watched every episode nearly back to back because I wanted to find out what happened. The last episode ends where the REAL story begins.

Wolf Lake: This was a series that aired right around 9/11 so not many people watched it because everyone was pre-occupied with Terrorist activities. This show stared Lou Diamond P. and to me had a great story line and had a lot of pottential but it got canceled leaving the story unfinished.

My question is, why bother releasing a tv show on dvd that only gives you half the story with little to no hope of being able to see the rest!?
