    Hammer Habitues

Those who know their Hammer horror well-- We got in a DVD collection at the store where I work.

    Four Hammer films:

The Two Faces of Dr Jekyll
    Scream of Fear
    The Gorgon
The Curse of the Mummy's Tomb

These four are unknown to me; opinions on whether this one is worth owning?

    Thanks.

I got the Jekyl movie on the DVR, recorded off of TCM this weekend, so I haven't seen it yet. The Gorgon is good(it has Lee and Cushing, so of course it is!). Curs of the Mummy's Tomb has a nice twist on the usual Mummy storyline. Not sure about Scream of Fear.

I'd nap it--Scream of Fear is a good B&W suspense chiller.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll is one of their best non-Lee/Cushing starring movies.

Anything Terence Fisher directed, and Carreras produced is the upper tier of Hammer.

I'd grab it for Gorgon and dr Jekyll alone.
              Mummy is good as well.
I'm kind of fuzzy on scream of fear?

Fred Clark spiffs up "...Mummy's Tomb", and I would watch George Pastell in anything. It has a good plot, but the pace is slow & boy, that is one stocky, stodgy mummy lol.
