The mystery if Zandor Vorkov

I have always been curious as to whatever happened to Roger Engel (aka Zandor Vorkov). He made Dracula Vs Frankenstein and another Al Adamson movie then seemed to drop off the face of the earth. This thread seems to have found something in the way of update and possible video of the modern Zandor Vorkov

I don't think there is much doubt that's Roger Engel. I read on IMDB that someone who did track him down said he really hadn't aged.

He's really a dodgy bird, too bad because he's also the only living cast member save for Russ Tamblyn. I guess I can see why he'd be so reluctant to be identified with those movies, judging by his reverend status now.

Very interesting. Sounds like he doesn't mind talking to some folks, just not "on the record". I hear the guy who played Rocky in "Rocky Horror" wants nothing to do with the movie, period!
